Mark the name and order number on the luggage, take photos and send them to the customer service for confirmation.

Mandatory for custom checks.
It will be sent along with your order number on email.

Warehouse Arrival & Payment
After the shipment arrives at the warehouse, the customer service will send the payment details after package checks.

International Delivery
After payment has been confirmed, package will be sent out within 3 working days.
