How it Works

Send Order Form online & Contact us
Order number will be shown on the order page after you have finished placing the order.
Contact us through Whatsapp/LINE/Facebook for confirmation

Send order no. (XXXX-XXXX) & courier slip photo
Send your order number & courier slip to customer service.
An additional fee of USD10 per box applies for convenience store.

Package size limit
Total dimensions should not exceed 160cm, 20kg.
Please wrap securely to prevent damage.

Declaration Item List
Item list will be shown when you have finished placing an order, it is also accessible when you log in to your account.
Please fill in as it is mandatory for custom checks.

Warehouse Arrival & Payment
Delivery may take 1-3 days (depending on region and weather).
After the shipment arrives at the warehouse, the customer service will send the payment link after package checks.

International Delivery
After payment has been confirmed, package will be sent out within 3 working days.
